This book. I loved everything, everything about it. It is so utterly beautiful and touching and unique. It’s so wonderfully written with so much voice, such brilliant use of point of view, and I’m so in love with the characters, all of them, even the ones we only see from their point of view for 1 page.

It’s as beautiful and breathtaking as the book itself!

I hugged this book to my chest multiple times while reading. I savored each chapter, rationing them one at a time because I couldn’t bear for the book to end. It lifted my spirits every time and swept me away on some tough days.

The stakes are high and there’s an undercurrent of tension throughout the storyline, yet it also was a beautiful love story on which I floated. I loved the contrast between practical Natasha and romantic Daniel, and how they began to rub off on each other in subtle ways. I loved how authentic and fleshed out Daniel’s Asian heritage was; so much of it rang true to me and my experience. I loved how each character had their own motivations, own relevant backstory, yet everyone was tied together in intricate ways.

Even though I fell in love with my husband quickly and knew very early on that he was my person, I tend to be wary of love-at-first-sight books. This one is done well—even though they have chemistry right off the bat, their relationship develops through the day, and is so believable.

I loved the ending. I didn’t know how I wanted it to end and it wasn’t until I finished the last word that I realized, yes, this is how it should end.

I am such a Nicola Yoon fan. Everything, Everything is on my shelf and I can’t wait to dive in. She’s definitely an author I’ll be buying automatically in the future. This book was one of my favorites!
